Designed for simplicity and relaxation, the cottage features large windows that capture abundant daylight and offer expansive views of the dynamic waterfront setting.

The project focused on creating a low-profile, single-level cottage that blends seamlessly with its coastal surroundings. Built on a concrete slab, the cottage sits close to grade, enhancing its connection to the landscape.
